Every year we try something different, so this year just a small something on each game and at the bottom I will give you my straight up winners without spreads, alot of people rather have that then the spread picks. Enjoy the year and i hope I do alot better then last year. I hope to hear from you this year on what games you really like.

A terrible week. 4-9-1 with the spreads and 6-9 straight up. This was a week to get those nasty emails. I plain on doing better in week 3.

GIANTS - 4 over Redskins - All the hype of the Superbowl win will be enough for the Giants to cover this game. After week 1 the injury bugs will take a toll on their defense.
RAVENS + 1.5 over Bengals - This may be one of the only wins the Ravens get this year, they have a rookie QB who has potiental. The Bengals Palmer has busted nose and Chad 85 has a bump shoudler.
Jets - 3 over DOLPHINS - Favre's presences will help Thomas Jones run all over this bad defense. Dolphins will be in for long season, they have a young defense.
Chiefs + 16.5 over PATRIOTS - Brady hasn't played one snap in preseason, he will struggle early, they will win this game but early struggles will be the reason they won't cover
STEELERS - 5.5 over Texans - This seems like a no brainer game to me, the Texans have no offense and playing in Pitt I don't see how they score.
TITANS + 3 over Jaguars - I love the home team dog that plays great defense. Jags QB is still a question to me. This seems to be a very low scoring game.
BILLS - 1 over Seahawks - The Seahawks will get Hasselbeck back but look for him to struggle, especially with the questionable running game.
Rams + 7.5 over EAGLES - To me this is a high spread especially when they receivers flat out stink. The Rams get RB Jackson back and look for them to run alot and keep the score close.
BROWNS + 5.5 over Cowboys - This is my upset of the week, the Browns are banged up but the dogpound is one of the hardest places to play, they only lost 1 game all of last year. The Cowboys are loaded and could win but it will be close.
CHARGERS - 9 over Panthers - I might like the Panthers to cover if WR Smith was playing, but without him and a unproven running game I'll take LT and the Chargers
FALCONS + 3 over Lions - I no it's early but no way should the Lions be favorite on the road against anybody. Watch for rookie QB Ryan to excite people in Atlanta
SAINTS - 3.5 over Bucs - The the Hurricane gone look for the Saints to excite a loud crowd in the dome and win this one big, with Reggie Bush having a monster game.
49ERS + 2.5 over Cardnals - Don't have much info to go on in this game but I'll take another home dog. I believe both teams are bad and Warner will struggle on the road.
Bears + 9.5 over COLTS - ok fans i'm not picking the Bears to win but with Manning not playing one down in the preseason and the Bears defense being their strong suit, i'll take my chances with the Bears covering.
Vikings +3 over PACKERS - Will the whole Favre thing bother the Pack I don't know but the nasty Vikes defense will and make it hard on new QB Rodgers all night.
RAIDERS + 3 over Broncos - Give me the young looking Raiders to start the year 1-0 Russell at QB, McFadden at RB, this team could be a surprise by seasons end.
A good start to the season, I was 10-6 with spreads with my lock the Steelers coming up big. Straight up I was 11-5 and never again will I pick the Raiders. Gave a shot in week 1, my bad.

RECAP WEEK 3
Well in going 11-5 straight up it meant most favorites won they just didn't cover. I don't know anyone who picked the Pats and Colts to lose at home. It looks like the power in the AFC is changing. I went 8-8 with spreads.
For the year 22-24 -1 with spreads and 28-19 straight up.
RECAP WEEK 4
As even as a week as I can get, I was 9-4 on both spreads and straight. How in the world the Broncos lost outright to the Chiefs just goes to show you any given Sunday, anything can happen.

A terrible week, when you go 7-7 straight up, 5-7-2 with the spreads, the Packers losing at home to the Falcons again tells you anything can happen on Sundays and there are no locks.

CHIEFS - 4.5 over Raiders - Both teams didn't look good last week but the Raiders are god awful. The Chiefs are at home and should have an easy time of it.
BENGALS -1 over Titans - Can the Bengals play as bad as they did last week, I doubt it and they are at home, I believe they can win this one by a point.
VIKINGS +2.5 over Colts - I love the Vikings here, a home dog to a team that looks like it got really old really fast. Manning should play better then last week but I love the Vikes here.
Packers - 3 over LIONS - The Lions are bad and if the Pack can find a way to stop Calvin Johnson this should be a easy win.
Bears + 3 over PANTHERS - A huge win for the Panthers last week in SD, but the Bears look like the Superbowl team from 2 years ago, they play great defense, run the ball and the QB makes zero mistakes.
RAMS + 9 over Giants - No TD's in week 1, i get it but I don't believe the Rams are this bad, especially at home, they have to get Jackson running the ball. The Giants played a great first half but disappeared in 2nd, they will struggle on road.
JAGUARS -6 over Bills - All the Jags have to do this week to win is get the running game going. They looked sluggish last week, alot probably had to do with their teammate laying in hospital bed fighting for his life, they will win.
Saints PK over REDSKINS - Jason Campbell scaries me and in that offense he has to play well in order for the Skins to be sucessful. The Saints will use Bush in all different ways now that Colston is out. Saints win a close one.
BUCS - 8 over Falcons - OK Ryan welcome to the real NFL not the one the Lions let you see last weeek, the Bucs defense will blitz and be alll over Ryan which means he will struggle alot more the last week and Turner will be foscued on alot more.
SEAHAWKS - 8 over 49ers -With Hasselbeck rusty from injury and no name WR's look for the hawks to run the ball alot and that will be enough to beat a very young Niner team.
CARDNALS - 7 over Dolphins - RB James looked like his old self last week and watch for Boldin to have a huge game vs the small corners of the Dolphins.
JETS - 2.5 over Patriots - No Brady enough said. The Jets better not blow this one. With Favre leading the way and at home look for the Jets to be atop the AFC East after this week.
Ravens + 4.5 over TEXANS - The Ravens are very young at the offensive skilled positoins, but last week that defense played like the Superbowl D of 2001. The defense is to good for the Texans. Look for a very low scoring game.
BRONCOS + 2 over Chargers - Broncos looked great in week 1 but can it play that good again vs a real team. At home I think they can, especially with Merriman done for the year. Take the Broncos getting 2 at home.
Steelers - 6 over BROWNS - The Steelers defense will make it hard for the Browns to score and the offense will rip apart a questionable defense. Even on the road the Steelers should win easy.
COWBOYS - 7 over Eagles - Cowboys home opener look for the running game to be the key to a Dallas victory. McNabb had a great game but he won't be able to throw deep on the Cowboys secondary like he did the Rams.
FALCONS - 5 over Chiefs - Falcons will do ok at home against bad teams, so this will be a good week. The Chiefs are on QB number 3 and lack a running game. Turner will put up big numbers against this bad Chiefs defense.
BILLS - 9 over Raiders - Come game day the Raiders may be without a head coach. If they can't run the ball they have no chance and in Buffalo I don't see that happening. Look for the Bills to put up alot of points.
TITANS - 5 over Texans - Even with Collins at QB for the Titans they will be ok. They run the ball and play good defense and look for the Texans to be rusty and still thinking about their homes and families after damage done by Hurricane Ike.
GIANTS - 13.5 over Bengals - I can't believe the Bengals are this bad and how can i think they can turn it around at the Giants. They have no offense and are going through the motions on defense. The Giants will put up alot of points this week.
REDSKINS - 3 over Cardnals - The Cards are one of those teams that play much better at home or on west coast. They have to travel to the west coast and always causes problems. The Redskins look alot better now that Campbell is getting Jim Zorns offense.
PATRIOTS - 13 over Dolphins - Even without Brady the Pats are a veteren team and should be able to beat up on the Fish. They will run the ball to death and that veteren defense will give the Dolphins fits, especially if they can't run the ball
BEARS - 3 over Bucs - at home look for the Bears to run the ball and play that nasty defense. Griese will struggle and in order for the Bucs to have a chance they will have to run the ball and that won't be easy.
Panthers + 3.5 over VIKINGS - Panhters get their best reciever back and the Vikings have trouble getting the ball in the endzone. Carolina has a good defense and should slow Peterson down.
SEAHAWKS - 10 over Rams - The Rams have given up 40 points in both games, I don't see the Seahawks scoring 40 but in Seattle they should win 20-7.
49ERS - 4 over Lions - Look for the Niners to stay hot and win this game at home. The Lions can't run the ball and it will be hard to throw the ball in the wind in San Fransico.
BRONCOS - 5.5 over Saints - Look for the Broncos to stay hot, Cutler will throw the ball on the Saints d-backs and they will control clock with their 4 running backs.
EAGLES - 3 over Steelers - One of the best games of the day. McNabb looked great against Dallas and at home look for him to have another big game, along with Westbrook. The Steelers need to throw the ball because they will have a hard time running on the Eagles defense.
COLTS - 5.5 over Jaguars -The Colts are starting to look like they are knocking the rust off and at home this week should put up some points against a struggling Jags team. The offense is struggling because of the banged up line so don't look for the Jags to score much
RAVENS - 1.5 over Browns - The Ravens are well rested and should be able to cover this small line against a stuggling Browns team.
PACKERS + 3 over Cowboys - I like the Packers here. The Cowboys are good but what will kill them this week is penilties. They average 11 a game and on the road in a big game that will kill them.
CHARGERS -9 over Jets - I understand Merriman is out and LT is hurt but after the way the Chargers lost the last two games, look for them to go off on the Jets, who might also be jetlaged after their 6 hour flight.
Cardnals + 3 over JETS - The Cards have alot of firepower with wideouts Fitzgerald and Boldin to much for the Jets to deal with, plus they still look like a team tryin to figure each other out. Farve looks lost.
Broncos - 9.5 over CHIEFS - I believe everybody who picks football games will take Denver, it seems like a no-brainer.
SAINTS - 6 over 49ers - The Niners will get a heavy dose of Reggie Bush. The Niners are 2-1 and put 30 points on board each of the last two weeks, but haven't yet played a team as good as the Saints, even with all the Saints injuries.
PANTHERS - 7 over Falcons - This is another game that looks easy, if there is such a thing. The Falcons play good at home and terrible on the road. Carolina easy.
Browns + 3.5 over BENGALS - Both teams have had teririble starts but the Browns can't start season 0-4, and the Bengals can't find a way to put ball in endzone, both teams are desperate for a win, the Browns a little more.
JAGUARS - 8 over Texans - The Jags got back on track with a huge win in Indy last week and should easily keep it going against the Texans
Vikings + 3 over TITANS - Battle of the backup qb in this game. I like the Vikes I don't think they have played their best ball yet and the defense is much better then it has showed.
BUCS - 1 over Packers - This should be a great game and with both teams being very good I always like the home team when the spread is this low. Al Harris being out will hurt the Pack to.
Bills - 8 over RAMS - This is a hard one to pick, I think the spread is alittle high for the Bills on the road, but until I see the Rams figure out how to score some points, ( they have scored 29 and given up 116) I can never pick them.
Chargers - 7 over RAIDERS - The Chargers had a big win and that is the jump start they needed. They should be able to go to Oakland and keep it going.The Raiders have a nice defense but the O is young and will have trouble keeping up with SD.
Redskins + 11.5 over COWBOYS - The Cowboys will win this game, but 11.5 is high especially in a division game. The Cowboys have played back to back big games and are due for a letdown. Plus the Redskins play well in Dallas
BEARS + 3.5 over Eagles - The best offensive players are banged up in McNabb and Westbrook, both will play but will get hit hard against an aggressive Bears defense. The Bears will run and control clock and win a close one.
Ravens + 7.5 over STEELERS - I like the Steelers to win this game but not by 7.5 , Rothlisberger is all kind of banged up from last weeks game and Willie Parker is out. Look for a low scoring game the Steelers pull out by a FG.
Colts - 3 over TEXANS - Colts coming off a bye should win this one easy, even on the road, I think the point spread is to low. Load up on Colts
RAVENS + 3 over Titans - Even with a short week, the Ravens are a great defensive team and will cover this spread, the Titans are due for a loss, and this looks like the place to get it, look for a very low scoring game, both defenses are great
PANTHERS - 9.5 over Chiefs - Ok Chiefs won a game last week nobody thought they could, mainly because they ran the ball, So the Panthers will shut down the run and win easily.
EAGLES - 5.5 over Redskins - This has big letdown week written all over it by the Skins, a big win at Dallas last week, no way they go in Philly and win another road game.
Bears - 3.5 over LIONS - This could be a trap game just like the Chiefs last week, but I believe the Lions stink and the Bears should be able to win this one by more then 4.
PACKERS - 7 over Falcons - Even if QB Rodgers is hurt the Pack have enough to win this game at home, plus I have been right all year so far the Falcons don't play good on the road.
GIANTS - 7 over Seahawks - Both teams coming off bye weeks and the wakeup call the Giants got at home a two weeks ago by the Bengals, Giants will win this game. It could be close if the Hawks can run the ball, if not blowout.
BRONCOS - 3 over Bucs - Broncos got a wakeup call last week and look for them to get back on their winning ways, this is a very tough road game for the Bucs.
49ERS + 3 over Patriots - This is a huge game for the Pats to see where they are after a bye week and a home blowout loss to the Dolphins. Alot of people probably will go with the Pats, but i'm taking the home dog Niners.
CARDNALS PK over Bills - Bills are due for a loss and traveling cross country to play a team that plays much better at home will be tough. The Cards have lived on the east coast for two weeks, look for them to come out and throw ball all over the field.
COWBOYS - 17.5 over Bengals - Ok to me, if Dallas is a Superbowl team, they need to come out this week and put 40 + points on the board vs one of the worst teams in football, and coming off a home game last week they looked bad in.
JAGUARS - 4 over Steelers - Coming off a Monday night game, where the Steelers got all kinds of banged up and a short week to prepare, look for the Jags to win this by about 10 points.
SAINTS - 3 over Vikings - I no the Saints lack recievers but for some reason I love the Saints in this game. Maybe because the Vikes are one of the most disappointing teams so far this year. My lock of the week
Ravens + 4.5 over COLTS - The Ravens defense is to good and the Colts offense is still out of wack. The Colts may win but it will be a battle.
VIKINGS - 13.5 over Lions - This spread is high but the Lions are a mess and Peterson will look to have a monster game after last weeks bad performance.
SAINTS - 7.5 over Raiders - Al Davis will soon figure out that the coach is not the reason this team can't win, it's him. The Saints lost a tough one Monday night, look for them to bounce back big time.
Bengals + 6 over JETS - The Bengals came close to getting their first win last week, they are starting to play better. The Jets coming off a bye could win but won't cover the 6
Bears -3 over FALCONS - Falcons haven't seen a defense like the Bears and Turner will have a hard time running the ball. The Bears are getting good play out of their QB and RB.
BUCS - 1.5 over Panthers - This will be a hard smash mouth football game, both defenses are nasty, look for a low scoring game with the Bucs winning on a FG
REDSKINS - 13.5 over Rams - I can see the Skins having a letdown game here after those two huge wins against Dallas and Philly, but the Rams stink and I see them having trouble scoring even FG's
TEXANS - 3 over Dolphins - The key here is the Texans QB, if he doesn't make dumb decisions in the 4th quarter they should win.
BRONCOS - 3.5 over Jags - This should be a good game, look for the Broncos to get back to airing out the ball and catch the banged up Jags secondary off guard
Eagles - 5 over 49ers - If the Eagles are for real, look for them to open up a can of woop ass on the Niners, blitz every play and confuse the hell out of their rookie qb.
SEAHAWKS - 2 over Packers - After a terrible lose at Giants it will good to be home and the Packers aren't playing good football right now.
Cowboys - 5 over CARNDNALS - Look for Dallas to put lots of pressure on Warner to slow down that passing attack, because their secondary stinks. Dallas must get their offense rolling.
CHARGERS - 6 over Pats - The Chargers need to get going and this is the week, there will be no letdowns against the Pats. The Pats stayed on westcoast but look for them to struggle running the ball.
Giants - 8 over BROWNS - The Browns just stink, but in this NFL I wouldn't be totally shocked if the Browns won outright.
DOLPHINS + 3 over Bills - The Fish coming off a bye and a good game in London should play hard at home. It doesn't look good on paper and that is why I am picking them. The Bills are due to lose. Dolphins win 23-12
GIANTS + 1 over Cowboys - Look for Manning to have a big day throwing on a bad Cowboys secondary. The boys need to put pressure on Manning, if they give him time he will have a big day. Dallas offensive line will be tested against a good Giant defensive line. Giants win on a FG 21-20
SAINTS - 11 over Rams - Ok it's alot of points but the Saints are playing better then they have all year. The Rams flat out stink. Alot of injuries but still stink. The Saints need Brees to throw the ball and they should win easy. Saints win 31-10
REDSKINS - 3 over Eagels - Eagles are just flat out bad. They haven't played well all year long. The Skins haven't played good either lately but at home should get back on the winning track. Give the ball to Portis and let him do his thing. Redskins win 27-13
CHARGERS + 3.5 over Colts - Chargers get back on the winning track with a home win. The Colts receivers are banged up and it is hard to run on the Chargers defense. Look for Tomlinson to have a huge day and if he doesn't the Colts could win. Chargers win 23-20
UPSET OF THE WEEK
Browns + 10 over Steelers - The Browns offense is too good for this to be a double digit spread. The Steelers coming off a huge game Monday might have a letdown. The Browns defense is good against the run so look for Big Ben to throw alot. Steelers win but don't cover 31-24.

CHIEFS - 3 over Broncos - Priest Holmes is back for the Chiefs
PANTHERS - 4 over Falcons - Steve Smith has to get involved, if not they will lose

RAVENS - 4.5 over Bengals - Both teams are playing bad, Ravens are at home
Bears - 3.5 over RAIDERS - Raiders can't play home or away, look for Hester to run two kicks back
CARDS - 1.5 over Lions - Lions are due for a bad game, Cards are due for a good game
49ers + 10 over SEAHAWKS - Seahawks aren't good enough to be favorites by 10.

It has gotten to the point where I would suggest that what ever team I pick you go with the opposite. I was 2-3-1 in the 6, I won my first upset of the week but overall I was 4-9-1. For the season I am 23-35-2 in 6 pack games. 1-9 in upsets and overall I am 59-80-2. That is 21 games under .500 I have no explanations for this other then maybe I don't know football anymore. Honestly this is the craziest year I have ever seen. Have trust I will get this thing right. Good Luck with week 11.
Browns - 2.5 over RAVENS - I can't pick a Raven team to win anything mainly because they can't score. The Browns should have won in Pitt last week so they will come into Baltimore and be ready to play a 60 minute game. This will be a low scoring game. Browns win 20-9
BENGALS - 3.5 over Cardnals - Look for the Bengals to continue on the winning way this week after a big win vs the Ravens. The Cards make that East coast trip and it will be very cold in Cincy this week. This has shutout written all over it. Bengals win 23-0
Pats - 15.5 over BILLS - We have been over this before. Keep picking the Pats with these high spreads until they don't cover even on the road. They are coming off a bye and we all believe they won't to finish undefeated. Pats win 31-10
COWBOYS - 10 over Redskins - The Cowboys are coming off 2 straight wins vs division opponets on the road and now they are at home and should put it to the Redskins . The Skins are coming in banged up on defense. Portis better have a huge game and even that won't be enough.Cowboys win 31-16
PACKERS - 10 over Panthers - The Packers defense will be all over the Panthers. Backup QB for the Panthers. Farve will pick apart the Panthers defense. I can't see how the Panthers score on a very good Packers defense. Packers wn 28-6
UPSET OF THE WEEK
DOLPHINS + 10 over Eagles - The Eagles are to inconsisent to be 10 point favorites especially on the road. The Dolphins will have trouble scoring. The Eagles will need a good game from Westbrook. Dolphins win 19-12

This was my best week since week 1. Still couldn't get a win in the upset. 3-2-1 in pack. For the year I am 70-84-6 - 26-37-3 in 6 pack and 1-9-1 in upset.

Packers - 3.5 over LIONS - The Lions showed how good they are at home last week with a whopping 10 points on a average Giants defense. The Packers have a great defense and if the Lions don't find a running game they have no chance. Farve is having a great year and he should be able to pick on the Lions secondary. Packers win 23-12
COWBOYS - 14 over Jets - The Boys had a hard felt win last week against the Redskins won't have a letdown in this short week vs the Jets. The Cowboys offense is very good and the only chance the Jets have is to throw the ball downfield. The Jets are coming off a huge win at home vs the Steelers, that can't happen twice in two weeks. The Cowboys win 31-13
BROWNS - 3.5 over Texans - The Browns are coming off a huge win last week at Baltimore and should keep rolling this week at home. The Texans are having a good season but their defense won't be able to stop the Browns offensive attack. Browns in 27-17
CHARGERS - 9 over Ravens - The Chargers are having a bad year but will right the ship this week at home against a very offensive challenged team. Baltimore's defense will be on the field to much and LT will wear them out. The Chargers win 20-10
Saints - 3 over PANTHERS - What a year the Saints are having, just when you think there year is over they win 4 straight and just when you think they are back they lose 2 straight games. So with all that said they will win this week at Carolina especially if Steve Smith doesn't play. Saints win 27-13
UPSET OF THE WEEK
FALCONS + 12 over Colts - Really the only reason I like the Falcons to cover is because the Colts are banged up. No Harrison means Wayne gets double covered and no one else can get open. The Falcons will struggle to score but somehow on Turkey day will find a way to cover the spread. Colts win but don't cover 20-10

BENGALS PK over Titans - Bengals have to much talent on offense, they have to win one of these weeks.
JAGUARS - 7.5 over Bills - Bills won't be able to recover from beating they got last week against the Pats.
CHIEFS - 6 over Raiders - The Chiefs defense will win this game.
RAMS + 3 over Seahawks - The Rams are healthy and are playing much better then a 2-8 team.
GIANTS - 7.5 over Vikings - The way to beat the Giants is to throw deep, Chester Taylor ( the Vikes best player) is neither a QB or WR
BUCS - 3 over Redskins - Bucs need this win to prove they are the 3rd best team in the NFC
BEARS - 3 over Broncos - Bears at home need this game to stay in NFC wildcard hunt
CARDNALS - 10 over 49ers - The Cards are playing for a division title and the Niners are playing for the 1st pick in next years draft.
Eagles + 23.5 over PATRIOTS - Ok this thing has gotten out of hand, 23.5 favorites, this is not college. The Eagles will throw every blitz package they have at Brady. Pats win but only by 20
STEELERS - 16 over Dolphins - Another high spread but coming off a terrible lose to the Jets last week watch the Steelers win by 30
RECAP WEEK 12
My best 6 pack week, 5-1 with the loss being the upset game where I am now 1-10-1. For the week I finished 9-6-1, where all 6 losses where from the hometeam. So much for home field advantage.

NFL WEEK 13
SIX PACK
Packers + 6.5 over COWBOYS - NFC game of the year. The Cowboys will win but not cover. The thing they struggle with is the pass and the Pack do that the best. Farve will find his receivers. Big plays are the only way they can win this game outright. The Boys need to completely stop the run. The Cowboys need to get the running game going and that will open up the pass. Cowboys win 23-20
Chargers - 4.5 over CHIEFS - The Chargers need to keep winning and this should be a game they can win. Even with the Chiefs at home they will have trouble scoring. The don't have a good QB and a rookie running back. The Chargers will give Tomlinson the ball alot and also give Gates more throws to. Chargers win 27-13
TITANS - 4 over Texans - The Titans have struggled lately so what better way to get back on the winning track then a game vs the Texans. Vince Young needs to get back on track and a home game might be the answer. The spread is not high so they should have no problem covering. Titans win 19-10
EAGELS - 3 over Seahawks - Eagles played great last week, that is not why I am picking them. The Seahawks are flying cross country and into a hard place to play. The Eagles defense will be all over Hassellbeck and the Seahawks lack a running game. Eagles win 23-12
RAMS - 3.5 over Falcons - Just when you think the Rams are getting healthy, out goes their QB. What does that mean, give the ball to Jackson 30 times and run him to death. The Falcons are bad and have trouble scoring especially on the road. Rams win 20-6
UPSET OF THE WEEK
Bengals + 9 over STEELERS - The Bengals are completely healthy for the first time this year, especially on defense. They are full strength at WR and that means they will be able to run the ball. The Steelers will win the game but won't cover the spread. Steelers win but don't cover.
THE REST
Jaguars + 7 over COLTS - Jags defense is good and that will be the difference. The Colts will win but only by a FG
Bills + 5.5 over REDSKINS - Sean Taylor's death will have the Redskins in no mood to play football, take the Bills.
49ers + 3 over PANTHERS - As long as Carr plays i'll never pick the Panthers
VIKINGS - 3 over Lions - Vikings will role coming off big win last week, Lions are falling quick
DOLPINS + 2.5 over Jets - This is the week the Fish get their first win.
Browns +1.5 over Cards - Browns will keep rolling in the desert
Broncos - 3.5 over RAIDERS - I can't see the Raiders winning two games in a row. Broncos will rush for 200 yards.
Bucs + 3 over SAINTS - Saints to inconsistant to pick. Bucs need this win to pretty much lock up the division.
BEARS - 2 over Giants - Bears at home need this game in the worst way, Manning will struggle with Bears front four.
RAVENS + 20.5 over Patriots - Ravens defense is to good to be 20 point dogs at home. They won't score but will hold the Pats to 17.

Steelers - 7.5 over RAMS - Steelers need this win in the worst way because if they lose they could very easy lose the division race and a homefield game in the playoffs. The Rams season is over. Steelers win 27-16
Cowboys - 10.5 over PANTHERS - The Cowboys will bounce back big time this week after a bad loss to the Eagles last week. The Boys need this game to secure homefield throughout the playoffs. The Panthers have no offense and without that they aren't beating Dallas. Cowboys win 31-10
Bucs - 7 over 49ERS - The Bucs are battling for the 3rd seed and they better win this easy game vs the Niners. The Niners will play hard because they are a young team but the Bucs will win. Bucs win 20-10
SEAHAWKS - 10 over Ravens - It was the Ravens that lost to the winless Dolphins last week right, how in the hell can they go to Seattle and win. No way Seahawks need this win. Seahawks win 23-9
VIKINGS - 6.5 over Redskins - Kind of a playoff game both teams are still in the race, if the Vikings win they are in and at home they will. The Redskins with all the off the field issues this year are still playing good football but it will end in Minn. Sun night. Vikes win 24-14.
UPSET OF WEEK
BILLS + 3 over Giants - Its an upset because the Giants need this game in the worst way and the Bills are out of the playoffs. The Giants are hurtin and the young Bills team will take it to them. Bills win outright 16-9

Another terrible week, 2-4 , 0-1 and 6-10 overall. For the year 6pack is 40-47-3, upset is 1-13-1 and overall 102-115-7. Not very good. I'll try to run the table the last two weeks.
Pats - 14 over GIANTS - The biggest game of the week and it has no playoff implications. The Pats win and the perfect season is complete. The Giants have no reason to play and should rest their injuried players to get ready for what really counts, a playoff game next week. Pats win 27-10.
BROWNS - 10 over 49ers - This one is really simple, the Browns need a win and a Sunday night loss to the Titans to make the playoffs. The Browns will blowout the Niners. Browns win 34-10.
REDSKINS - 9 over Cowboys - OK this one is easier then the Browns game. The Skins win and they are in. And they are playing a Cowboys team banged up and with homefield locked up. Brad Johnson will play for Dallas with alot other backups. Redskins win 21-10
Chargers - 8 over RAIDERS - A Charger win and they clinch the 3rd seed and not have to face a very good Jacksonville team. They will come out ready to play. The Raiders will start Russell and the Chargers defense will eat him alive. Chargers win 34-12
BRONCOS + 3 over Vikings - The Vikes need this game to stay alive in the playoffs but the Broncos at home will win. Broncos win 20-13
UPSET OF WEEK
Titans - 6 over COLTS - I guess the only reason the Colts are 6 point underdogs is because the game means nothing to them. But they should play their starts at least a half because with the next week off they don't want to be rusty. The Titans need this game, a win and they are in the playoffs. Titans win 21-14 but it won't be easy.

What a year. I am glad it's over, I have to come back next year better then every. Well I proved one thing this year I can pick alot of meaningless games. For Week 17 I was 4-1-1 in 6 pack, 0-0-1 in upset and 12-3-1 overall.
FOR THE YEAR - 46-52-4 IN 6PACK, 1-14-2 IN UPSET, OVERALL 122-126-8.

I went 3-1 losing the Bucs game, the Steelers didn't cover but only lost by 2
DIVISIONAL ROUND
PACKERS - 8 over Seahawks - Here is where I see a problem for the Seahawks. It will be in the 20's and snow showers expected which means they must run the ball to be successful and they haven't been able to run the ball all year. The Packers found a running game in Grant and at home will win 23-12
PATRIOTS - 13 over Jaguars - Ok here is the plan for the Jags, run the ball, control the clock and play hard hitting defense, if they do all three things they have a chance to at least cover. The problem is the Pats playing at home have to much offense and will take advantage of Garrard at QB, they will show him looks he has never seen before. Pats win 24-10
Chargers + 9 over COLTS - The Colts offense is limited without Harrison who may play but won't be 100%. That means Manning will have to trust rookie WR Gonzalez or they will have to keep the balll on the ground more. The Chargers have to get LT more involved in the offense., whether it's running or catching balls at of the backfield. Chargers cover the 9 point spread.
Giants + 7.5 over COWBOYS - the Boys are in some trouble if TO doesn't play. They have looked bad the last 3 weeks especially Romo, mainly because of his thumb not Jessica Simpson. The Cowboys need to get back to running the ball. The Giants will miss Shockey but are playing good enough to cover this spread.
CONFERENCE CHAMPIONSHIPS
PATRIOTS -14 over Chargers - This is a high spread and maybe wouldn't be this high if the Chargers didn't have injuries to their 3 best offensive players. The weather will be very cold and the team the runs the ball better will win. LT is hurt and the Pats will go after that knee. Brady will have trouble throwing the long ball but still will pick apart the Chargers with short passes and the defense will blitz the QB all day. Pats win 26-10
PACKERS - 7.5 over Giants - 3 degrees will be the weather at game time, the 3rd coldest game every. The running game will win this one and right now Ryan Grant is the best runner on the field. The Giants playing their third straight game on the road will struggle in this one. The Packers defense is better then the Giants, and even in the cold Farve will pick apart a hurt Giants secondary. Packers win 20-7
SUPERBOWL
PATRIOTS - 12 VS GIANTS - Coming in to the Superbowl the Giants have been playing great football. Three road wins in a row is unheard of in the NFL. The problem is they had a week off and that will hurt their momentum. They must run the ball and keep the Pats offense off the field. Manning should only throw mid range passes. The Pats haven't played a game in warm weather since November. In nice weather the Pats will be able to throw the ball down field and score quick. If they do the Giants will have to throw alot more then they want and that is where Manning will struggle. Bottomline is the Pats are to good to not win this game with everything riding on it. A superbowl win and an undefeated season. No way will this team of veterans allow that to happen. Pats win 34-17
